Asset Inspection

Condition Assessment for Submerged and Nearshore Assets

Our asset inspection capabilities are centered on delivering clear, measurable, and repeatable documentation of submerged infrastructure. Using underwater photogrammetry, we create high-resolution 3D models that capture fine-scale condition details such as cracks, corrosion, marine growth, and scour. When combined with multi-sensor data including sidescan, bathymetry, and acoustic positioning, we place visual observations into precise spatial context. This layered approach allows us to assess not just what an asset looks like, but how it sits within its surrounding environment.

Our nearshore capabilities allow us to inspect assets in shallow, high-energy, or access-limited settings where traditional approaches can be difficult. We apply the same level of precision and integration to deepwater inspections, where stable positioning, sensor fusion, and disciplined survey design are critical to reach challenging survey areas. We also design inspections with repeatability in mind, ensuring future surveys can directly compare condition and quantify change over time. The result is defensible documentation that supports maintenance planning, regulatory reporting, and long-term asset management.
